As the core IP project of Dayuyuan’s “Summer Fantasy Night”, the first Shanghai Butterbear baking-themed pop-up lands at BFC Bund Financial Center from July 3 to August 30, with the baking workshop open to the public for free until August 16. Leveraging the global popularity of the cute Butterbear IP, the project targets summer parent-child and young consumer groups and builds an all-scenario immersive experience. Adopting warm yellow and milk white as the main tones, the space features a soft baking-style atmosphere. It is equipped with giant donut check-in installations on Fengjing Road, 32 themed Butterbear sculptures, immersive baking-themed elevators, and a huge “Bear Bread Delivery Station” on the fifth-floor terrace with panoramic Bund river views. The event also launches the first national themed dessert shop, limited baking products, exclusive ice cream, Bund dessert market and the national debut meet-and-greet of Bianca. Integrating block, indoor and rooftop scenes, the project delivers dual visual enjoyment of river scenery and cute IP interaction. It effectively boosts summer passenger flow, consolidates BFC’s trendy parent-child business positioning, and realizes mutual value empowerment between IP influence and offline commercial space.
