继轩尼诗晚宴后，轩尼诗「食」验室在上海登陆，引发全城「食」验热潮 。| Hennessy & Meals extended its culinary journey by inviting all the food & drink enthusiasts to discover Hennessy’s culture and heritage in the form of a “Lab” experience.

上周末，万众期待的轩尼诗「食」验室在上海K11美味开幕随即引发全城「食」验热潮，吸引了超过 3000+ 美食达人参加。

Last weekend, Hennessy & Meals “Lab” popped up at Shanghai K11; a fantastic sensory and culinary experience that attracted over 3000 visitors!

美食达人闻讯而来，集体组团变身「食」验专员。在轩尼诗美「食」金律的指引下，一同领略了轩尼诗V.S.O.P和轩尼诗X.O与中国味，点「食」成金的美味、“重新发现”发现的乐趣。

Crowds had so much fun playing the role of “Food Inspectors” experimenting potions and cognac mixtures, finding the secret formula of Hennessy V.S.O.P and X.O, and discovering new flavors & recipes of the Chinese gastronomy.

活动当天，三位明星「食」验员，率先进行了神奇味觉「食」验，现场领略了江浙美食与轩尼诗多款干邑的“天作之合”，并带来了精彩纷呈的现场厨艺秀。

At the opening day of this special “Lab” experience, three famous Chinese celebrities joined the fun as “Food Inspectors” and hosted a live cooking show.

食验室的第一站「闻香识酒研究所」，「食」验员需要通过鼻子感受并识别轩尼诗V.S.O.P和轩尼诗X.O的复杂香气。

「就酱好味反应室」| ELEMENTS REACTION

食验室的第二站「就酱好味」反应室，「食」验员根据轩尼诗美食金律，感受轩尼诗干邑与风味独特的干香料和发酵酱料邂逅在舌尖焕发全新味觉。

「疯狂厨房自拍区」| CAPTURE THE MOMENT

食验室的第三站「疯狂厨房」自拍区，「食」验员可利用悬挂在「食」验架上的厨具以及巨型食材道具尽情搞怪拍摄，记录与轩尼诗干邑最嗨的一刻。

「脑洞大开调酒站」 | EXPERIMENT TABLE

食验室的第四站「脑洞大开」调酒区，「食」验员通过使用滴管、试管、烧杯、搅拌棒等工具与神秘液体无限搭配组合，创造属于自己的轩尼诗V.S.O.P专属味道。

「美食金律方程式」| MENU CREATION

学会了“轩尼诗美食金律”后，「食」验员们可以根据自己的喜好，制定轩尼诗专属菜单。

After testing and studying the best formula, some practical experience in making a personalized menu with cognac pairing.

沪上知名KOLs 在本次活动中，给现场「食」验员演绎了轩尼诗美食金律带来的神奇魅力，并分享了个人美食小秘方。
