10 月25 日至26 日，保时捷于上海外高桥保时捷中心举办“历久养性”服务体验日活动。近150 名保时捷车主和媒体嘉宾亲临现场，共同参与此次活动。
Oct 25 and Oct 26, Porsche held the pilot event for the after-sales service experience campaign at the Porsche Centre located in Waigaoqiao, Shanghai. Nearly 150 car owners and media guests attended the event.
自 2016 年 7 月起，“为超越，始终卓越”一直是保时捷售后服务所秉承的理念，从首场体验日活动推出至今，这一理念也在后续的系列活动中不断被诠释，多年来也在全国范围内赢得了保时捷车主的广泛认可。
Porsche’s after-sales services always stick to efficient and transparent standards of work, providing uncompromising service quality to the customers. And this concept has been continuously interpreted in a wide series of activities and has won a nationwide recognition from Porsche's owners over the years.
基于这个理念，SMS GROUP 在设计今年体验日的主题时，别出心裁地以中医理念中的“五行相生”为灵感来源。中国传统文化认为，维持五行各元素“金、木、水、火、土”的内在平衡，是保持身体健康的关键所在。人如是，车亦如是；爱车的零部件就如身体部位，需要悉心爱护。定期的专业保养对于车辆各系统的安全、平稳运行至关重要。
When creating the event's theme, SMS GROUP referred to classical Chinese medical concepts, including the five elements, as inspiration. Chinese traditional culture states that the key to remain healthy is to well balance the internal five elements such as metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. At Porsche, the parts of the vehicle are equivalent to body parts, that require taking care of. Regular professional maintenance is essential to the safe operation of the vehicle and top performance.
Each guest received a full training session from professional Porsche technicians. The training sessions were divided into 5 health divisions, Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth, which actually feature the Porsche’s products including oil, PDLS, TEQ, spark plug and tyre.
“水”突出了精装配件TEQ 产品。嘉宾将懂得TEQ 工具包专门用以清洁和维护其爱车完美的外观，保护车辆各部位表面光洁无暇。
DIVISION OF WATER
DIVISION OF EARTH
Earth stood for the tyre. In this division, the guests would learn Porsche's standard of choosing the right tyre for the right situation by showcasing the differences of behaviour in various terrain scenarios.
DIVISION OF METAL
With metal resembling oil, guests learned the fundamentals about engine oils, and understand the reasons behind using the Porsche brand oil by Mobil 1 by showcasing the flow behaviour of various types of oil in comparison.
DIVISION OF FIRE
Fire represented the spark plugs. The guests learned about the function of the spark plugs (being an essential part of the power generation within a vehicle, the spark plugs work similarly to the human heartbeat) and understood the importance of renewing these parts periodically via a gamification of the topic.
“木”象征PLDS动态照明系统。嘉宾们通过互动游戏可以了解PDLS 的运作原理，以及与其他照明系统的区别之处。PDLS 就像人的眼睛，它知道如何根据周遭环境和驾驶条件进行自动调整。
DIVISION OF WOOD
Wood was symbolizing the Porsche Dynamic Lighting System (the PDLS) and a game helped guests to understand the differences between the PDLS and a standard lighting system. PDLS being like the human eyes, it knows how to adjust to the surroundings anddriving conditions automatically.

SMS GROUP planned and implemented the After-Sales Service Experience Day for Porsche, allowing participating owners and members of the media to gain vehicle maintenance knowledge via interesting playful interactions. With a creative theme with cultural fit we created a platform for guests to understand Porsche's unprecedented service performance and deepen their trust in it.
