As the first double-amputee that climbed and conquered Mount Everest from the Nepalese side, he was able to give testament to the incredible power of the will and determination, completely aligned with the Touareg’s guiding spirits.

Following the launch event, 120 media guests, more than 100 self-driving owners, 90 members of the dealer network and 166 customers joined an unforgettable Touareg driving experience from November 10 to November 15. The route led past Jiuzihai and Wenhai Alpine Lake from an altitude of 2400 meters to analtitude of 3200 meters, passing cities, meadows, lakes and mountains, fully demonstrating the strengths of all Touareg models in any conditions, from scenic cross-country to extreme off-road driving.
