All good things come to an end, and unfortunately, the same goes for adidas Republic of Sports (ROS). Straighten up the long face though, because we are here to share a few unforgettable moments that took place during this month of sports!

天下无不散的宴席，阿迪达斯夏练国度也将收官，收拾下依依不舍的心情，让我们一起来回顾下这个火热运动月中那些难忘的时刻。

Looking back, the opening day took place on July 23 at Shanghai’s Century Park, where we had the pleasure of having celebrities such as Eddie Peng and Zhang Lan Xin open the 4,500 square meter facility. This opening coincided with the launch of the Manchester United (MUFC) all-new 17/16 home kit with the presence of the entire MUFC team.

7月23日，夏练国度在上海世纪公园盛大开幕，全民偶像彭于晏和龙女郎张蓝心亲临4500平方米的运动场馆，为夏练国度揭幕。开幕仪式恰逢红魔曼联 (MUFC) 推出他们2016/17赛季全新主场队服，红魔全员现身，热浪燃爆全场。

Interactive exhibition spaces were available for families with children of all ages. 夏练国度的互动区域适合各个年龄段的孩子与家长共同参与。

Professional training and nutrition courses lead by physical trainers were held all month round, together with nighttime running programs.

体能教练执教的专业训练和营养课程贯穿全月，晚上还有夜跑项目。

We received NBA All-Stars Tracy McGrady and Derrick Rose (D-Rose), the youngest player to have ever won NBA’s Most Valuable Player Award.

我们还迎来了NBA全明星球员特雷西·麦克格雷迪和史上最年轻的NBA最有价值球员德里克·罗斯(D-Rose)。

Our basketball and football courts were often busy because of the tournaments held by local teams and young athletes. The finales of both were competitive, fierce, yet always friendly, of course.

篮球和足球场经常人声鼎沸，当地球队和年轻运动员举办的比赛热火朝天，最后的决赛更是激烈无比，在此炎炎夏日，他们用竞技与友谊、用汗水留下了“练一夏”中最动人的身影。

大家都知道马甲线女神、励志女王，美丽的女演员袁姗姗吧？8月21日，袁姗姗与千号女生在阿迪达斯夏练国度体验了四项风靡全球的训练项目：PUMP, ZUMBA, COMBAT和ATF（阿迪达斯研发的一组简单、易操作的针对臀部和腹部塑性的专业课程）！

Familiar with Yuan Shan Shan, the beautiful actress known for playing various television roles? On August 21, she joined us in adidas ROS for a full range training program that covered: Pump, zumba, combat and adidas Training Formula (ATF)!

两队四人小组打破了一项世界纪录，创造了在跑步机上一小时内负重20磅跑步的最远距离！

Two teams of four broke the world record for furthest distance covered on a treadmill in one hour wearing a 20lb pack!
